Hello Everyone!

First of all i let you know my specs:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 1600x 3.6 (overclocks itself to 3.7)
GPU: Sapphire Radeon RX 580 8 Gb Limited Edition
Mob: Msi B350 Tomahawk (black, not arctic)
RAM: Corsair Dominator Platinum 2x 8 Gb 3200 MHz (runs on 2166)
PSU: Corsair RMi 650 Watt
SSD: Samsung 850 Evo 500 Gb
HDD: Western Digital Black 1 Tb

Some additional data:

For cooling the CPU i have Msi Core Frozr L, ASUS VG 248 24" 144 Hz 1 Ms monitor, standard keyboard and mouse, i have Windows 10 all up to date. Apps i use are: Origin, Msi afterburner with RivaTuner statistic (just to monitor my FPS, i didnt OC anything becouse i dont need to), Ryzen Master, CPUZ, GPUZ.
And btw all my components are brand new, nothing used.

Now my question is:

Why i have random FPS drops in ALL games?
First i noticed it in Battlefield 1 so i thinked it was some game problem... But then i fire up Battlefield 4 and same thing, same in SW Battlefront... All three games i mentioned i run in mix of Ultra and High settings, game runs fine, i capped them all at 120 FPS and mayority of time it runs fine, between 110 and 120 FPS (cant see if it goes higher), but then randomly it drops to 40, 30, 25, 60... and it lasts about 10-15 seconds then goes back to normal again... In that period of time in game i just have to crouch in some corner and wait to be killed by enemy player or till it stops, and its VERY annoying. It eaven happen in Fallout 4. I dont have many games on my system becouse i mostly play multiplayer shooters, and its mostly Battlefield, i downloaded SW just becouse it was on sale cheap. I purchased this PC 2 months ago, and on my last rig (FX 6100, R7 260x, 16 Gb DDR3) Battlefield 1 was running on 70 FPS in low detail but this things never happened, it was never unplayable. So i wondrer, why i spent 2000 euros on PC where i have worse gaming expirience? But still i know its solvable and that my PC is powerfull enough to play games on.

So anyone who is willing to help it will be much appreciated!

Thank you all in advance!
