No Signal display , During bootup power cut off around 4Seconds than automatically on again ??

Anyone experience this ? Which part is faulty ? I remember event leading up to this , It all started to have Blue screen frequently and my graphic card is fine no blury or rainbow color . Is it PSU or motherboard having problems ?

Hello... sometimes re-boots are a sign the BIO's is re-trying to get the memory controller and ram too communicate... and there could be other reasons too like Power problems... wiring?

1) What is the MB and Ram specs/used?
2) Can you try booting with one stick of Ram or two if your using four of them? B /
