Hello,
Recently back in January of 2017, I built a PC with the following specifications and hardware,
I noticed that my games don't run nearly as well as they should with the NVDIA GTX 1070. For example GTA 5 typically stays at around 60FPS and sometimes drops below it with the following settings online: http://imgur.com/a/tGS51
Here is also my benchmark: https://youtu.be/jRorTzwNFlg (I know it looks like I recorded this with a potato but I forgot when sending videos via email they compress the video resolution so when I uploaded the video it was in 240p) Sorry. ^^'
In games like Batman Arkham Arkham Asylum with every thing maxed out I maintain a stable 60 fps but sometimes it goes to 40-56fps. It shouldn't though as I know my GPU is fully capable plus the game is pretty old and NOT that demanding.

1TB HDD 7000RPM
120GB PNY SSD
