Will the GPU work with AMD or should i check out the asus AMD series?

about the RAM will the g skill trident z RGB work with AMD? cuz i saw a video that the RAM stoped working after he installed the g skill app

If you can postpone the build for several months, RX Vega will be available on the market.
If you Need the rig now, go ahead, your rig is good.

Care to pick another case? e.g. Phanteks Enthoo Eclipse P400S, Elite or Luxe? I found that These cases are worthier for the Money.

Build looks great to me, solid combination. If you're wanting to do a full AMD build there isn't really any Radeon cards that compete with the GTX 1080 Ti but you could consider waiting for Vega if you're patient, not sure how long until the whole lineup will be out but hopefully it brings some competition to the table. But either way an Nvidia GPU works fine with an AMD CPU. Hope this helps :)
