CPU and GPU too hot?

Hey I'm just a person who recently started to learn about computer builds and parts.
I recently purchased a lenovo ideacentre desktop (90gv0002us) with
pentium g4560, 4gb ram, and 500gb of HDD space.
Then, I purchased gigabyte 1050 graphics card and a 120gb of ssd.
As I was using the computer, I noticed the computer getting really hot.
I downloaded a program and monitored the temperature, which is
usually around 60 degrees (even if I don't do anything or just browse different websites).
My gpu temperature is about the same...
Is that too hot?? the average temperature of g4560, according to the program, was about
20 degrees cooler than mine...
When I play LoL, it seems to not affect the temperature a whole lot, but when I play
Overwatch, the temperature goes above 70 degrees.
And the fans are a lot louder.
Is this an issue? if it is, what do you think is the problem. Could it be the
installation of ssd or graphics card..
Could it be that this lenovo desktop was not made with parts that are
okay with gaming?
MOBO - Lenovo 36C5.

Solution
Hey Matt!

As parker said... 70°C is normal under load IF you still have the stock cooler on the CPU...
But i would always go to buy a better cooler for the CPU than the one that it comes with.

If you have the money and space in your case... i really like the "be quiet! Dark Rock Pro 3"...
This one should stay quieter than the stock cooler and cool way better...
And you should use a good thermalpaste... i like the Thermal Grizzly or the Arctic MX4

I think that you should check your air circulation in your case. Maybe some of the fans are pointing the wrong way, if not you might want to try investing into a CPU cooler or a bigger case. I hope this helped!

for more of a lower cost and more performance get coolermaster high performance thermal paste. dont get the grizzly thermal paste it is good but it is 20 bucks just for maybe 1-3 applies. cooler master works a little bit better and is 15 bucks cheaper and lasts like 15-20 applies. id also get a cryorig h7 it is a amazing cooler for the price. you can even do overclocking with it and it has a 3 year warranty and it is a good looking cooler in general.

is there one you can recommend that is small, and the fan sits flat/horizontal against the cpu?
Also, is there a cheap desktop case that you can recommend that is good with airflow(?).
I'd like to spend around 50 bucks for both of these...
