Two different pc in one?

Hi this may be a dumb question, but is there a way to have one of each computer components but 2 different hdd and have 2 different pc. What i mean is like one has windows 10 as os (for me) and the other hard drive also has windows 10 (for a friend) but no data is shared between the 2 hdds?

Once again this may be a really dumb question and thanks in advanced:)

There are different aspects of having 2 PCs in 1

You can have completely different PCs for different work in single Chassis. This means different CPU|RAM|GPU|HDD setup for each PC. Here PCs can work side by side without having any performance loss.

You can have 2PCs on different Hard disks and have dual boot setup. But in this case working on both the PC at a time will not be possible.

Second one is cheaper and easy to do but as I said you cannot work together if required.
