They are a little bit priced then they should be? or you are comparing them other products.
The main use of my PC would be app developement, game development (3D modeling included) and some desktop programming.

I'm not from the UK but I have someone traveling there that's why I'm using PCWorld local store. Samsung SSD's and Corsair/G.Skill RAMs are hard to find here (Algeria), that's why I'm planning to buy them from teh UK. Again, for the budget, probably nothing above 2500$.

Still, given you're planning on buying from the UK, a budget in pounds would be nice.
Or even local currency. Be sure to take into account shipping when assigning this budget. (Subtract it)
