Ryzen 5 1600 + GTX 1080

Solution
Yeah that's fine provided they're buying in the US, make sure it's all packaged with foam peanuts and padding, and that the boxes are stacked efficiently with little wiggle room.
Get everything except the case from the US, that can be bought locally, the weight is a killer for shipping on that one.
Ditto.
Some components are poor quality though and or poor value.
If you swap around some parts you can squeeze in a 1080 Ti. :)
The SPEC-04 is much better value atm, thoughts?

That is easily the most inaccurate statement i've seen all day in regards to the GPU comment.
It's not a bottleneck as you put it, it's just the GPU performing to the best of its abilities.
It's like putting a Civic in an F1 race, and saying it's crap because it's not winning.

Extra PCIE lanes are irrelevant in this case, @OP would find no use for them.
At most, there would be a sound card, a wireless card and a GPU or perhaps even two GPUs in there.

I want the 1080TI ,but i don't want to lower the performance of other components. I don't know what to do. :)) It's ok what i chose ?

No need to go for the WD Black, I know you don't want your drive to fail, but all half decent ones are covered under a warranty anyway.
As long as it's a Western Digital or Seagate you're fine, the WD Blacks are insanely overpriced though.
Get what I listed, performs the same, has high quality components throughout the whole system and performs 35% better, no reason to change from it.

Ok man , thanks a lot for all ! So , i have a question. I'm from Romania, Europe. My godparent wants to send me the whole system (from America, USA ,LA) and i will assembly there. It's a good idea ?

I have build this exact combo but just with an msi b350 tomahawk and one stick of 16 GB DDR4 2133 ghz ram.
But i get very low gpu usage especially in battlefield 1??? somtimes down to 50% and the framerate is terrible.
