Be Quiet Pure Rock vs CM Hyper 212X/evo vs Cryorig H7

I am currently using my old CM Hyper TX3 evo cooler for the i7 4790K at stock speed but I am sure I will have to oc it pretty soon since more and more games require newer i7 cpus.
I've been reading reviews and topics in this forum of some of the better entry level air coolers but still don't seem to be able to decide on which one to buy.
According to these numbers:
https://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/beQuiet/Pure_Rock/6.html
https://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/CoolerMaster/Hyper_212X/6.html

The Pure Rock and the 212 coolers seem to perform similarly with the Pure Rock being slightly less noisy while the Cryorig is better and less noisy than both of them.
But when I read all the forum posts in this forum it seems most people recommend the CM Hyper 212 EVO which makes me wonder if the numbers in that review are correct.

I think some of the recommendations for the 212EVO are because of dated info on the recommender's part. It is a safe and inexpensive choice that is available almost everywhere. The Be Quiet or Cryorig are newer models and the people recommending them may not have encountered them.

I have been running the Cryorig H7 for a couple of years so far, and i am very pleased with it. It is silent, it was easy to install and came no where near blocking my ram. Temperatures has been looking very nice.
