Graphics card issue?

So, about a month ago I ordered a pre-built gaming computer so that I could play one of my alltime favourite games, overwatch. It runs it pretty well within the settings, however some of the time the screen will go black and only the HUD of the game will appear. I can still move and stuff but I can't see really anything at all. Eventually once that happens, my screen will glitch for about 5 seconds before a blue screen popping up: "Your Pc has ran into a problem, we're restarting it for you." and then down below an error: "Video TDR Failure." (This has happened 3 times now. and sometimes, I'll just get a black screen, yet I can see ONLY my mouse and background music/noise from my pc.)

I'm in no way a PC expert, and so I have no clue how to fix this. I'll list my system down below so it well help. I have updated my video drivers and this PC is literally one month old. There should be nothing wrong with it and the parts /should/ be compatible.

Your specs do cover the minimum to play overwatch fine. It might be a driver issue.

Have you updated your drivers? Open Radeon settings and check for an update.

If it's not a driver issue, take it back to the people that made it and tell them what you're experiencing.

Personally, i think it's a GPU driver issue.

I have updated my drivers, I check every two days for driver updates aswell (I updated them yesterday). So it can't be my drivers is what I'm assuming. If it continues for the next two weeks with no improvements then I'll definitely send it back to be checked out and or replaced. Any help is appreciated so thank you for your reply.
