Is single fan graphics card enough?

Just bump up to fan speeds and it will be enough. But if inside your room with the PC is 86F, then I would skip the graphics card and go buy an AC.

Not the best card for hot climate and demanding games. You need good case ventilation for it. Also it is not recommend to overclock it. Overall this card will work on it's limits, so the lifespan is going to be effected.
But if you have a good case ventilation and this card is way cheaper than dual fan cards it may be worth a try. And yes it will be loud.
