Looking for Help/Opinion on build

Ive needed a second computer for a while, this one will act as my downlaod rig as well as media centre and backup desktop and main when main eventually fails. I want to know what your opinion of it is and what I can change to improve it.

A G4560 will perform practically the same as an i3 6100 for half the price.
A Z series board is only necessary with a k series processor, both of which are highly unnecessary here.
You only need a 4k supporting GPU and you're set.
This is the absolute most I would spend, the PSU doesn't need to be fantastic since the power draw is so very low, so that saves you a bit.
You'll want that HDD for movies and TV storage, it easily adds up. ;)

Made some changes, the solid state is only for the OS. Ive some spare HDD which is why i didn't add them to list.

I replaced the CPU to the G4560 and switched the ram to Corsair - Vengeance LPX 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR4-3866.

Poor build.
The PSU is very low quality, the motherboard is insanely over the top and useless in the scenario, the RAM is insanely overpriced (Costs just less than a 32GB kit, not sure if this is a joke) and the SSD is a 700 series Samsung SSD which isn't great for the money.
