Hello and i am having an issue where i have times where my pc gets so loud when i play games but i dont know where it comes from. Further more i have researched but they dont get as near as my problem gets. It also gets so hot.

Specs.
Case: TTurban s71
Cpu: AMD 7700k-Cooler:Stock
PSU: Evga Bronze 650watt
GPU: Msi Gtx 960 4gb

If anyone has a solution it would be appreciated!

Solution
take off the side panel, run something that makes your PC work hard, and listen for where the sound comes from.

It's most likely the CPU cooler, or the case and fans have built up with dust and you'd need to use compressed air to blow the dust out of the case.

It's an AMD cpu, don't bother with hwinfo, use AMD Overdrive to see just what the Thermal limits are. Be aware though that overdrive does not read the exact temp, what it reads is just how much temp you have left, so the closer to zero you get, the hotter the cpu is running. Use the settings to map just what the temps are in game.

I haven't fixed it but i have a theory including the help of both of your thoeries! Since My case has only one place to have the PSU which is the bottom so cross PSU out. If its my GPU it is still on the bottom but i hear the noise on top so it can only be the AMD stock cooler since AMD is known to use power. Since my Heatsink and stock fan really suck and when i play 3rd party game like Overwatch my CPU is needing the most air, but since the fan suck it cant give the amount of air it needs. So what i need is a new CPU cooler which fits my case and doesn't block my 2 DIMM slots. Without you guys i couldn't come to this conclusion thank you!
