CPU: AMD - Ryzen 5 1600 3.2GHz (Or should i go for intel??)

Trying to build a PC, is this the best Motherboard for this range. i have reviewed the ASUS B350 Prime and the MSI B350 PC mate and came to a conclusion to this motherboard. or can you suggest any better motherboard for gaming at this range. the processor i've chosen is AMD - Ryzen 5 1600 3.2GHz. or please recommend any better. and now im stuck whether which graphics card to choose, so please suggest me a graphics card under $300
