I am building a desktop for the first time and I would like to confirm that all these parts will run together with no problems. I understand that I should get an SSD but I will later in the future.

Included SSD for 240GB
Changed 6700 for 6700k which is overclockable for lower price.
Better quality PSU

I dont know what is the deal with promo codes in USA, so if it works then this is pretty much the best what you can get for 1055$

You should hurry cuz that motherboard is pretty cheap but its a good motherboard for money.

overclocked 6700k will destroy 7700, specially when you can get it cheaper than 7700.
180$ extra for 1070 not worth the money, dont know why price got much higher but a week ago you could get 1070 for as low as 350$, but at this moment paying 430 for 1070 just not worth it. Fps difference is 30% at average.
Based on reviews Team makes decent RAM, not worth overpaying too.
