Graphics card powers up and fans spin but no video.

Card: R9 380-X

When the card is plugged in it spins up and works but there is no video.

I have tried all outputs and nothing, It does not seem to work.

did you connected the power cables, the 6 and 8 pin power cables in the gpu?

where did you connected the monitor, in the hdmi gpu connector?

All connectors plugged in fine.

I connected the HDMI connector from the Monitor to the GPU, also did the same with a DVI cable

if the card is new, i would ry it on another pc, if the pc is old and the gpu used to work, i would try another psu

What kind of psu do you have?

It may not be bios as I have another GPU in the system with no problem at the moment however I believe it is updated.

if the gpu refuses to work in another pc with another psu, that is two pcs who are having problems with the gpu

is it still under warranty?

I think that its just a bad card. Ive seen it before. It sucks but it happens :/
