Motherboard doesn’t have enough fan headers.

So, I have a motherboard that only has 1 4-pin system fan header. I’m planning to have 5 fans that use a 4-pin fan header but my motherboard will not support that many fans. My case doesn’t have a 5.25” bay so a 5.25” fan controller is not an option, but a 3.5” fan controller or a fan controller that can be mounted anywhere in the PC is an option. Fan splitters are also an option but they must support 5, 4-pin headers because I don’t want the fans run 100% 24/7. Is there a solution to this problem or should I buy a whole new motherboard? If so, it must be a LGA-1151 Kaby Lake motherboard with at least 4, 4-pin fan headers (not counting the CPU fan header).
