Good morning, I have a problem with my PC. I have a MSI B150M PRO VDH motherboard, a Samsung Syncmaster 2032NW monitor and a 1050 ti. The problem is that the BIOS only works in UEFI mode, if I put it in legacy mode (support windows 7 as it comes by default) does not appear any data of the bios, only the screen is lit black and then load the operating system.
The cause surely is a VGA adapter> HDMI that I use, since the monitor has only VGA input and the video card only has HDMI output. Because if I use an HDMI television instead of the VGA monitor, I have no problem using the BIOS. But I wanted to know if somehow this can be solved. Thank you.

Solution
Go to the boot menu make sure that uefi+legacy is enabled. On page 44 of your manual. The words below are straight from your manual.

Boot Mode Select [LEGACY+UEFI]
Sets the system boot mode from legacy or UEFI architecture depending on OS installation requirement. This item will become un-selectable and will be configured automatically by BIOS when Windows 8.1/ 10 WHQL Support is enabled.
[UEFI] Enables UEFI BIOS boot mode support only.
[LEGACY+UEFI] Enables both Legacy BIOS boot mode and UEFI BIOS boot mode.
