gtx1060 bad performance

hello i have a gtx 1060 3gb asus dual and a i5 7500 im getting a really bad performance in rust i have about 100 fps but i get crazy stuttering every 2seconds in watchdogs 2 in the city i cant even turn around and it lags in gta v on high settings i have 50fps
i have seen alot of benchmarks with the same build and they were reaching alot better performance it really frustrating and i would like to get an answer what to do

Yeah I don't know what to tell you. Those videos are around the 60-70 fps. Which isn't that far off from what your getting. Every PC is different. Only thing I can suggest from this point is try O.C.ing your graphics card and getting a SSD, even if it's just a small one to put the OS and a few games on.

Try reinstalling the drivers
Use a application to wipe them clean like "Display Driver Uninstaller" formerly known as "Driver Sweeper" And reinstall them.

Does it ever calm down over time or does it constantly stutter every 2 seconds?

Are you using a HDD or an SSD?

How much RAM do you have?

on some games its stuttering
but in bf 1 i have 60fps but when i enter a fight it dips down to 40 sometimes 30

Can i ask you if you can do a list of games with stuttering and games running fine?

Also you say "when i enter a fight it dips down to 40 sometimes 30", it stays there? I mean, it stays stable at 40-30 fps or it goes up and down randomly or it drops to 30-40fps when a lot of things on screen?
