Hi all , what can i upgrade with this cpu current spec :

Processor : i5-3470 (OC 3.8ghz)
Mainboard : P8-Z77M-Pro
Cooler : Coolermaster hyper 212
Ram : 8GB 1600mhz Vengeance
SSD : 128GB AData
HDD : 500GB Seagate
GPU : MSI GTX1070 Quick silver OC
Case : Aerocool Strike-X one
PSU : Aerocool 600W Strike-X bronze
Monitor : VG248QE

Mainly use for gaming

By cpu, do you mean computer?
It looks like a good setup, it really depends what games you are playing though, do you reach near your memory limit? if so, you could add another set of RAM. If your games aren't reaching your desired fps, you would have to look at buying a new GPU, but if you did that, you would want to upgrade your processor as well, to make sure there wont be any bottlenecks. Do you really need to upgrade?

Also keep in mind, upgrading any more than the memory may cause Windows to deactivate, meaning you will need to buy a new licence after the upgrade.

Ok , actually recently i have been playing Rise of the tomb raider and finding that CPU is mostly at 100% usage and GPU around 70-80% usage .
i think that's bottleneck issue.
wanted to know other people advice to see is it the right time to get new part right now or wait ?
sorry if my english was bad,

If your CPU is reaching 100%, and you aren't satisfied with the system temperature or game frame rate, you could consider upgrading the CPU, your graphics card should be fine, especially if it isn't reaching full load, or high temperature.

I think that is frame rate issue here, since im using a 144Hz monitor, sometimes the fps while playing tomb raider fps not over 100 so thats pointless. to have that monitor.
if i needed to upgrade do you have any suggestion maybe i could spend around $400 to $600(USD)
and i have been thinking is better to get Ryzen or Intel Kabylake .
