How to change reset button settings

I have my case's power button hooked up to my mobo (standard stuff), and when I hit the button, it does an immediate power off then reboot. How do I get it to do a proper shut down instead of killing power immediately?

Click on your windows search and type "powercfg.cpl" (without the " ") press enter and when the Power Options show up on the left you see a "Choose what the power buttons do" menu.

Sorry for the long delay, But it did not give me options for a reset, only sleep or shut down.
