PC was so fine at first, but after some time it's now poor as hell

Hi,
I have HP ProBook 4530s laptop, ok so when i bought this laptop i had 60 fps in all games and it was really cool! but after some time my pc started being poor example:
I have 60 fps in a game and suddenly drops to 15 and stays 15 fpr like 30 minutes and then back to 60 fps for like 5 minutes MAXIMUM and then drops again to 15.
I format my PC 7 times because of this and it's still happening i can't even play any game i'm mad everyday here's my information about this shit pc

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2430M CPU @ 2.40GHz 2.40 GHz
Installed Memory: 4.00 GB Ram
64 bit OS
my graphic card is AMD
Windows 8.1 (CRACKED ONE) please tell me if cracked windows has something related to laptop's performance.

NOTE: I installed the SAME WINDOWS 8.1 when i format my laptop, yes i installed the same windows 8.1, 7 times :p

Go through all of your programs and find anything you don't need. Over time, you can pick up software that just eats up performance and aren't necessary. you may also want to replace your hard drive if it is getting a bit older.

Already said that i format my laptop 7 times, means that i removed all programs

My laptop has big overheating when i turn it on it makes HUGE SOUND with heating like woooooooooooooooooo all time and never turns off even if it's not in use so seems the fps drops is from this ?
