Help make my M73 Lenovo Planar Board Work?

A buddy in IT at my work gave me a brand new looking mobo from a perfectly working Lenovo M73 desktop.
The problem is, this thing has got some whacky looking Lenovo proprietary connections.

For example- I don't understand the PSU connectors- its got an 8 pin, plus a 4pin 12v and ANOTHER 4pin cpu looking connector.

I just want to get this working.
I've got a tested working i3 4130 in and multiple ram options available (pc3 12800 & pc3l 12800)
Plus i have the PSU that i believe came with this.

The mobo fru is 03t7169 and btw i dont have the 4pin to sata cable or whatever the extra 4 pin requires

Besides what you see in the pictures here, what else will it take to get this thing to post, without buying the original chassis and everything?????

The interior connected looks like this. Your power supply does not look like it came from the small form M73 that the motherboard looks to be from.
Can't you ask your friend about the system?
