Hi everyone,

I have windows 8.1 on an SSD but all of a sudden when I turned on my computer, I could only see a black screen with a flashing white underscore to the left upper corner.
I tried all I could in BIOS but doesn't matter what settings I change, or how close I pay attention to having the said SSD in question as the primary booting drive, it won't boot from that SSD.
I have also reseted the bios settings, to no avail still the same issue.
I am now on my other old HDD with windows 7 partition, and I can clearly access the SSD drive and all the files on it.
I just can't boot it.
When I tried to do a windows refresh, I got the message that the SSD is locked. I went into the CMD prompt and set this partition to active. Still nothing.

Is there a way to repair this, maybe through the other operating system that I can access on my computer? Maybe scan and fix the SSD this way?
I tried all the bootrec fixes commands in cmd prompt when trying to repair the windows in question, and NOTHING.

Anything you guys might think, again, maybe a software that can scan the SSD and find out what is wrong with the OS ?

Many thanks.
