I recommend getting a 27" 4k monitor instead of a 24" one, but this requires you to sacrifice the SSD.
If you're fine with 24", swap it out with the 24" version of the same and get the SP580 240GB directly from Mindfactory.
I recommend the peripherals as posted in the second list, fantastic keyboard, and the mouse is solid for the price.
