Hi there, i just bought a TX3 (not the EVO one) that was in a deal and i want to know if it is a good cooler (looking at noise) compared to my stock intel cooler. I saw other reviews and some say tht it its loud and others say that it its quite good.

It would be better to pick for example a artic freezer 13? by the way i will stay with the CM one but in some time i could change it for the artic

At the moment i have no options, i'm going to keep the CM until i get money for a better cooler if i'm not satisfied with the noise level.
Otherwise, i won't pay more than 30€ for a cooler that will be in a non-k CPU..
