I have question, I have 2 pc.
First is E2200 3.2GHZ Second is ATHLON 215'2.7Ghz who is better for this gpu AMD HD 7770 sapphire oc edition. And games.

Run PassMark benchmark on the systems. Whichever gets a higher CPU score is the one you want to use.

Nether of those CPUs is really good for games newer than 6 years old.

The 7770 card is not a very low power card and is also a decent size, did you check if your power supplies and cases will be able to run the card?
