Umm, really? Out of 3? Ok, ok. How about this?
1600 if you're on a budget.
7700 if you're not.

You may want to read these articles. There are many others online. There are other skylake-x cpus that cost less and from everything I have read(4 different reviews) Here is one from Toms and another one from AnandTech. The 7800X seems to be the right fit.

Oh ya and if your into it they seem to overclock pretty well too.

It's hard to argue against the price/performance of the 7700. It can keep up with the Ryzen family, and even the new "X" CPUs from Intel when it comes to gaming don't smoke it. Add in it runs on cheaper boards and I'd think the race is between the 7700 and a Ryzen chip.

Early reviews are showing the 7800x to keep up with the 7700k gaming. In content creation and programs like adobe, ect it beats out both the 7700k and Ryzen chips, for the most part. Also they are good overclockers and the price is only a few bucks higher then the 7700k. Though I do agree that the Ryzen chips are most likely best bang for the buck.

Oh also they beat out the 6800k in everything.

The problem (I) find with the 7800 lies with the coffee lake launch. If you can wait, you would essentially get the same number of cores/threads on what SHOULD be a cheaper platform. Same deal with 7740/7700 and 7640/7600. Granted they clock ever-so-slightly-higher, you will still be paying for a more expensive mobo and ram. Not worth it, IMO. 7820 and 7900 are the ones that stand out, but they have their own set of problems, i.e., 7900 is a space heater, 7820 isn't quite as bad, but consider the cheaper ryzen alternative - but you're not interested in what AMD offers...

7700, 7820, and CFL are the more reasonable choices, IMO.

Since waiting is not an option, then I'd say go with the 7700k. Also, make sure you don't cheap out on cooling, especially if you ever want to overclock it.

You just linked 2 cpus, so what am I incorrect on? Price? Performance? The 2 kaby-x models are overall more expensive, and all for a negligible increase in performance over their non-x counterparts.
If not these, then what am I wrong on?

Don't do it, you're just wasting your money, just get 7700k, as kaby lake-x is a giant ripoff. You get a cpu that clocks like 100-200mhz higher, all with a more expensive mobo, plus those features are cut-down by more than half for that particular chip, making it no better than a z270 board! Plus, you're still stuck on dual channel ram, on what's supposed to be 'enthusiast' brand! The 'x' in kaby lake-x is just a misnomer; it may as well be kaby lake 1.1(7740'k'/7640'k', not x).

The i7 7800K has 2 more cores and 4 more threads which will ofcourse benefit me in a couple of years to come cause im not planning to upgrade untill 4 years or so. Also what? The X line up wont work on the Z270 Motherborads?

It would be truly outrageous if the X-series chips were backwards compatible with Z270/170. Because I could then say that that would make 7740x and 7640x worth a ****.

I'll still say go with 7700k, but 7800x is fine as well... just don't regret it when coffee lake comes out in a few months for cheaper with similar/better specs. But hey, you could always just sell the 7800 when it comes to that.
IMO, the 7820x has the most going for it in the current line up.
