3570 gets too hot undervoltage

DeepCool advertise that cooler as having an "innovative single heatpipe design". There are lots of things I'd call it and innovative isn't one of them. A single 92mm fan isn't going to help either.

It'll fit your motherboard, sure, but doesn't expect anything better than Intel's stock heatsink.
