I never had any problems with the PC I built until my pump starting making a buzzing sound, turns out the pump for my water cooler wasn't working and before I realised that it was causing damage to my CPU by overheating it, I was playing a game (overwatch) for about 30-40 mins. tl: dr I took my water cooler to a computer store to get it replaced and when I have installed it I started up my PC and a buzzing high pitch noise came from my CPU and it would get much louder if I ran games on my computer.
I want to know the solution to this problem or if it is eligible for a replacement at dcomp.
