I am getting a GTX 750 Ti 2 GB for 7k rupees ($110). I already have an AMD HD 6670 1 GB GDDR5. I checked gpuboss.com and it says the performance difference is not very much. Will there be significant difference in performance between the two cards? I'll be playing at 900p or 720p.
Is it worth upgrading from a HD 6670 to a GTX 750 Ti?

you will see performance difference but with that budget how about saving for a Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1050 only 30-40$ higher and a very high performance card
if you can't make the extra money, yes buy the 750ti as it will give a performance boost at 720p

I would say that there's a significant gain to be had upgrading from the 6670 to the 750Ti.
I do agree with Logan, though, it may well be worth it to spend a little more and go for the 1050 - depending on the rest of your system, of course.
