Motherboard or Power supply failure?

I have an Asus PBB75-M LE motherboard and a generic power supply. My motherboard isn't turning on. I have already tested the power supply to other units and it is working. The green light on my motherboard also lits up but when I push the power button the motherboard doesn't turn on. Can anyone say that my mobo is broken?

No way to know if it's motherboard or power supply. Test a known good power supply in your system. You also could simply have the power button not wired correctly. Maybe RAM or something else also.
