Is this a good gaming computer build?

I'm building my first gaming PC and I'm not shooting for super hardcore framerates, but I would really like to be able to run games like Fallout 4, GTAV, and or Battlefield 1 at 1080p and 60fps on average. I've put together a build so can anyone tell me if it's a good build or should I switch some parts around? My budget is around 800$. Also, is 8GB of RAM enough or should I shoot for 16?

Thanks so much!

Yes, definitely.

In this vid he play's it with a 7600K which is slightly better than the 7600 ( not by much tho ) with a gtx 1060 and still reach pretty decent FPS:

If anything, you will be as high as his fps or pretty near.
8 is enough, but 16 is more futureproofing (if you're going for 8, get a 2x4 instead, many say they perform faster than 1x8)
ur CPU is 6th gen, while your mobo can handle 7th gen too, i suggest u better get a b150 series or get the 7600k CPU instead
get the 1060 6gb instead of 3gb, the more VRAM will futureproof your build much more, but if ur budget can handle it, get RX 470 instead (if it's available at fair price)
500w is enough for the PSU, refer to this link for tier list (in case ur PSU now is low tiered, get a tier 1/2 instead with 80+ bronze at very least): http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html

Thanks for the feedback. Now I'm not a super hardcore gamer since I just don't have the time to really dedicate as much time as I wish I could to it, but with the current build I picked would that still run those titles at 1080p and around 60fps?

well your build can handle 1080p@60fps on high settings (except on some CPU demanding games, i5 might have a bit bottleneck than i7 but overall it will be just fine)

It's more powerful and will definitely run everything you want @1080p.

Also worth mentioning, you used a Unlocked SkyLake CPU in a locked KabyLake MOBO, in that case you'd be wasting money two times more. The 3GB version of the 1060 is simply not worth it, weaker and small VRAM, not really able to handle modern games that requires more than the 3GB of RAM, above all else, 240GB is too little space, maybe do you already have a HDD? If not, you will absolutely need one, you wouldn't be able to install those games simultaneously in that SSD and that PSU isn't realiable, switched it up, if you want more Wattage and still a good price, the SeaSonic S12II 520W is perfect as well.

What games do you think would be too demanding? Just curious. Like I would be able to run GTA V and Fallout 4 around 1080p at 60fps? Thanks again for the help!

GTA V Maxed-out settings, Battlefield 1 on Ultra, Ashes of Singularity is a pretty demanding game as well. They should present a decent challenge for the i5 and the 1060. Nevertheless, any of them( and most other modern games ) will still be perfectly playable near 60fps at all times, with some drops occasionally , but nothing that would really interfere with the gameplay.

With that rig you will be satisfied while playing @1080p, no doubt.

Also just curious, do you think I'd be able to run battlefield 1 on say high settings close to 60fps on this rig? Thanks
