I failed miserably on my first try. Hoping these components will work:

Case - Corsair Carbide Series CC-9011050-WW SPEC-01 Black ATX Mid Tower Gaming Computer Case

Graphics Card - EVGA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti GAMING, 04G-P4-6251-KR, 4GB GDDR5, DX12 OSD Support (PXOC)

Power Supply - EVGA SuperNOVA 750 G2 220-G2-0750-XR 80+ GOLD 750W Fully Modular EVGA ECO Mode Includes FREE Power On Self Tester Power Supply

Memory - CORSAIR Vengeance Pro 16GB (2 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 2400 (PC3 19200) Desktop Memory Model CMY16GX3M2A2400C11R

Motherboard - ASRock ASRock Fatal1ty Gaming Fatal1ty Z97 Killer LGA 1150 Intel Z97 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel

Processor - Intel Core i3-6100 3M 3.7 GHz LGA 1151 BX80662I36100 Desktop Processor

Hard Drive - Seagate Hybrid Drive ST1000DX001 1TB MLC/8GB 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s NCQ 3.5" Desktop SSHD

Solution
1st thing i see is that the motherboard and CPU are not compatible.
Motherboard= LGA 1150 (4th gen intel)
CPU = LGA 1151 (6th & 7th gen intel)

1 - Look for DDR4 RAM 2133mhz (Is needed for 5th, 6th, 7th gen Intel CPU's).
2 - Look for a motherboard with LGA 1151 socket.
3 - I would not recommend PCPartPicker if you dont live in the supported country's.
4- I want to say the Power Supply is overkill for this PC. I recommend a Seasonic g450 or Corsair CX550M

Here are my suggestions.

Even if you do not live in a supported country, figure your price and parts, then put it all into PCPartPicker. Here is a great video on compatibility:

Yes! But in some instance its harder because in some country's (Like *Cough* The Netherlands) Prices will be way higher than PCPartPicker. So if you dont live in one of those country's you should ask someone at a local hardware store.

He didnt ask about the price, problem is his build is not compatible and pcpartpicker will help him to find compatible parts.
I gave this site to avoid typing a story like u did. You could at least offer him g4560 instead of 6100 if you want to be helpful.

I dont want to start a debate about this but if it isnt about price why would i offer a G4560 if i can also offer a i5 7600k with a Z270.
It is just that i take time to look for parts and correct his list in about the same price range of his list.
