i am buying i5 3570 cause i5 3570k is like 300$ more in my country so i wanna know the performance difference between those two and will it bottleneck my gtx 1060 6gb and also will i be able to overclock the i5 3570 non k ?

Solution
Performance difference between the two CPUs at stock speeds should be relatively the same since both the k and non-k version have all the same base clock frequencies. Neither should bottleneck a GTX 1060.

You won't be able to overclock the non-k CPU, not using the CPU multiplier anyway since it's locked. You'll only be able to overclock by adjusting the bus frequency.
