basically it was a refresh rate issue hooked up my pc to another monitor using a DVI-A to VGA cable, installed drivers and set refresh rate 50hz. Then plugged it into my tv using hdmi. And turned it back to 60hz.

No i sold the card. And it's ryzen 1600. Asus prime b350 plus board. With single 8gb stick.. i hear the system sound and all that.

That actually gives me a thought. Could you pull your hard drive out, put it in a different computer, and download/install the drivers on it that way?

I don't know if that would actually work though.

My thought was to get you into bios, but apparently you can't even see that.

This from b350 manual

To erase the RTC RAM:
1. Turn OFF the computer and unplug the power cord.
2. Use a metal object such as a screwdriver to short the two pins.
3. Plug the power cord and turn ON the computer.
4. Hold down the <Del> key during the boot process and enter BIOS
setup to re-enter data.
