I have a i5 6600k 1060 6gb AMP 8gb ddr4 ram
Even with these specs i come across lag spikes in almost all games where open worlds are unplayable
My friends got a same pc where it runs better the only difference is he owns a i5 6500 and mine is a local ram.
Really looking for some help here.

Solution
For your information, slow HDDs can cause heavy performance drops in games which require frequent access (like open world games). The perfect example would be my 2010 Toshiba 2.5 HDD, it scores a decent 95 % on health checks, but still shows a lot of bottlenecking, this is why I now use it as my 5th drive.

MERGED QUESTION
Question from Bhagavath : "Lag in all games"

First off update all motherboard drivers as you are using generic Windows drivers. Then retest. If the problem persists report back with gpu temperature, CPU usage and CPU temperature when these fps drops happens. Only with ALL this information can we attempt to find the problem for you.

hit start, type 'device manager', hit enter. Do you see anything with a yellow or red symbol on or next to the icon? Also, are any of the categories expanded?

Nope nothing like yellow thing or even nothing is expanded
I use a local brand ram nothing like the common brands around so that might cause this shit
Or can the Hdmi cable cause it?
