When you pick out your motherboard, go to a favored ram vendor web site and access their ram selection app.
Enter your motherboard and you will get a list of supported ram kits.
Ryzen seems to be finicky about ram so don't guess, get supported ram.

i did that no motherboard vendor shows flarex as supported but its ryzen ready

flarex???
Do you mean hyperx?
Check corsair and g.skil if those are options for you.
If you have a problem and the ram is not either on the motherboard QVL supported list or supported by a ram vendor, you are on your own if you have a problem.
The cost should be no different for explicitly supported ram.

flarex costs like 50dollars over tridentz rgb... so not even considering that shit
i am looking for one out of those four and leaning towards trident z rgb cuz amd made a list and they claim it officially supports 3200mhz
saw it today :)
but mobo... ahhhh..... asus rog strix or msi mortar there is a very small price gap but idk.... a very trusted source helped me before making me lean towards mortar msi and i currently own msi products so... but asus gives better audio and lan along with solid vrm and heatsinks that makes me even more mad... but idk if ram would work on it or no... its all so..... scary

If you are concerned about budget, avoid the fancy ram.
led costs more, fancy heat spreaders cost more and both are functionally useless.
Buy simple low profile ram that is compatible.
The difference in actual app performance between slow speed and high speed ram is not great.
Certainly nowhere near the difference in speeds.
The reason is that higher speed ram must be accompanied by higher latency.
If you divide the speed by the latency, you get surprisingly close numbers.

Ryzen may benefit from faster ram since they appear to be sensitive to that.
Here is a link to an article on ryzen ram scaling:

Look to the real app performance, not the synthetic speed tests.
