I want to boot Windows 10 on an SSD and all my files on a 7500 HDD.
I am new to SDD's and I have no idea what ones are cheap and are of a good brand.

what is a 7500 HDD?

Windows and your frequently used apps go best on a ssd.
Use a hard drive for bulk storage like video files.

To my mind, Intel and Samsung are the most reliable and best performing brands.
They make their own nand chips and controllers so they can keep the best quality parts for themselves.

Look for a 240gb ssd or larger. Samsung 850 evo is good.
120gb is just too small these days. Many things need to go on the c drive.
