Hi guys! As indicated in the title, EVGA Supernova G2 850w or Seasonic X-850? Which would they choose?

Solution
Both are top quality units, you can't go wrong with either. The Seasonic X has better load regulation, though the g2 has better ripple. http://www.jonnyguru.com/modules.php?name=NDReviews&op=Story4&reid=332

The EVGA g2 unit has 10 year warranty, whereas the X-850 has 5-7 year, depending on the model.

Sli isn't a good idea. I suggest when you need to upgrade, sell your current card and buy a single powerful one. I doubt any new technology will use ~500w from your PSU.

This build really is fine and comfortable with 550w.

I7 6700 + 1080 Ti Aorus Xtreme

But the idea of buying is also to stay calm in any future purchase or change of the future. Be it an SLI or new technology that comes out.

they are both top quality psu's. either one will be an awesome addition to your system.

WAY overkill on the power but top quality. much lower powered cpu's and gpu's have made a 650w psu a luxury that is still more than needed.

but grab either one of those psu's and you have one of the best on the market in your system
