Witcher 3 will work with AMD (I can run it on an R9-380X). Not so sure how well with an APU's iGPU, especially of that age though.

The game would likely launch but that gpu is not powerful enough to run the witcher 3 at a playable framerate, likely at any settings or resolution. That card is well below the system requirements for the game sorry to say.
