I recently got an Gtx 970 Windforce because of cryptocurrency with AMD GPUS.
Anyways I installed all the drivers and etc but for some reason when I launch GTV I end up locking at 30 FPS and I checked the graphics settings and they were fine. Also with csgo I was AVG 150 FPS and dips under 100. I am assuming it's either my FX 6300 or possibly driver problems.
