So i disabled my intel display drivers because they were messing with my OBS i had my nvidia drivers installed aswell but once i disabled them it gave me a black screen so i restarted and nothing worked so i preformed a CMOS reset by removing the battery and it didnt turn on so then i tryed doing the jumper and it still didnt work so i took out my GPU before all of this because it was in the way of the battery and the jumper pins and i finally got it to work but without my gpu so i turned off my computer and tryed putting my GPU back in and it stopped working and so i tryed to reset it all again without my GPU and it took some time but its currently on but without my GPU so the question is how do i put my GPU back in and get my computer to turn on?

It's not even lighting up?

Either it's not seated correctly, or your PSU isn't up to the task.

I would lean towards not seated correctly. Even a poor quality, underpowered PSU should at least result in the LEDs lighting up.
If you connect the MONITOR to the graphics card (and power if applicable to the video card) do you see any text (i.e. POST), prompts to hit "DEL" etc prior to Windows starting?

a) If NOT then it's an issue with the BIOS settings or your hardware suddenly had problems.

b) If YES then it's a Windows software issue.
