ASUS PRIME B350-PLUS SOCKET AM4 MOTHERBOARD - (CHEAPEST)
ASUS ROG STRIX B350-F GAMING AM4 AMD MOTHERBOARD
MSI B350M MORTAR B350 SOCKET AM4 MOTHERBOARD
MSI B350M MORTAR ARCTIC B350 SOCKET AM4 MOTHERBOARD-(COSTLIEST)

and about ram...idk i am even more confused in that department
like predator(3200) or trident z rgb (3200)or corsair vengence led (3000) or ripzaws V(3200)
i am not that much for bling but these r the cheapest i found here with 3200 but corsair is 3000

(where numbers are in mhz)

If you want stable overclocking and better voltage regulation, go for the motherboard with the higher number of power phases...

idk if i saw correctly but their qvl shows no ram of 3200mhz supported

If you want stable overclocking and better voltage regulation, go for the motherboard with the higher number of power phases:

ASUS PRIME B350-PLUS SOCKET AM4 MOTHERBOARD - (CHEAPEST) --> 6 Power Phases
ASUS ROG STRIX B350-F GAMING AM4 AMD MOTHERBOARD --> 8 Power Phases
MSI B350M MORTAR B350 SOCKET AM4 MOTHERBOARD --> 6 Power Phases
MSI B350M MORTAR ARCTIC B350 SOCKET AM4 MOTHERBOARD-(COSTLIEST) --> 6 Power Phases

You can also consider ASRock Fatal1ty AB350 Gaming K4 which has 9 Power Phases.

Just check the motherboard's compatibility list for specific RAM's that have been tested to work with such mobos. Note that if your RAM is not listed in the QVL, it doesn't mean it won't work with the motherboard.
