Solution
Sell the card separately. Mining has pushed the prices way up. The card itself is going for $350 to $400. You can sell now and cash in or take the risk of waiting. If you wait prices can continue to rise or crash whenever the mining market crashes.

The remaining system may get another $300 to $400. Depending on if it has an activated Windows installed.

The card carries more value on its own. Miners don't want the system just the GPU. Gamers would want the whole system but won't pay the current value of that old GPU.

Gamers will still want the base system especially if it is ready to go with Windows. As all they have to do is toss in a GPU.
