Hi,My mobo gigabyte GA-H110M-A has only one fan header so I bought a fan splitter in order to plug both of my fans which are corsair AF120 and standard one that came with my corsair R88 case but one fan had been detected which is the AF120 so I wanna know what is the problem and how to solve it

Solution
it should work, i use a splitter myself. Something is wrong with your fan or splitter. Try plugging it to the mobo directly to see if it works , yea!

If you have one header, two fans, and you connect them both to that one port via a splitter, only one fan should be showing? All the fans that are on the splitter should as a consequence be running at the same speed. Is the fan that came with the case then a 3rd fan? Plugged to a different port?

If one fan works and one does not start up at all when plugged into a Splitter, it is very likely the fan is faulty. Try plugging the failed fan directly into a mobo fan header to test.

On the other hand, what do you mean by saying it does not work? Does it not start up? or, does it run full speed all the time?
