SSD is filling up super fast when idle for no reason

My computer is filling up constantly like not just be downloading stuff. I am sitting on my desktop watching it fill. its about 100Mb every 30 second or so it is very concerning if you have any advice or solutions it would be appreciated.
 
Solution
If running Win 10, TRY:

Disabling every telemetry and "helpful" bit that is running in the background of the OS
Disable Prefetch and SuperFetch
Turn off sleep functions
Disable the hibernation system.
Disable Win compatibility telemetry.
Go into Xbox app and turn the DVR off.
Check your video apps to see if they have recording functions ( GeForce Experience, Video card software, etc), make sure to turn those off if they are on.
Make sure you aren't trying to defrag the SSD automatically.

Just that stuff for starters.
