so i have the x370 msi gaming plus mobo with latest bios. all updated drivers. now when i go to oc say to 3.7 it gets stuck at 1549 no matter the volts or ram speed. it always boots too never had to clear cmos. if i just oc the ram only with xmp it stays at 1549. actually and oc xmp or not it does it. oh and its corsair vengeance led 8gb x2 3200mhz. idk what else to do. i try following the tutorials to the tee but no to avail. maybe its a ram issue.

It's a bios issue, known about, try back flashing 1 bios and see if it fixes it, you may even try the latest beta from here https://forum-en.msi.com/index.php?topic=283344.0
