Here's your list.
Edited: Full setup with headphones and Amp & DAC (necessary to drive them).
Amp and DAC can be found on Schitt's website, and the headphones are $919 on Amazon, or you can check the list for the direct links.
PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: Intel - Core i7-7700K 4.2GHz Quad-Core Processor ($327.89 @ OutletPC)
Motherboard: Asus - MAXIMUS IX CODE ATX LGA1151 Motherboard ($270.32 @ B&H)
Memory: G.Skill - Ripjaws V Series 32GB (2 x 16GB) DDR4-3200 Memory ($254.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Samsung - 960 EVO 1TB M.2-2280 Solid State Drive ($449.99 @ Amazon)
Video Card: Asus - GeForce GTX 1080 Ti 11GB Founders Edition...
You will need a z270 motherboard instead of z170, the 7700k will work on a z170 motherboard but you will need to update the bios first and therefor you will need a 6th gen cpu. :)

So you can do two things get a z170 + i7 6700k or z270 + i7 7700k. Keep in mind both cpus dont come with a cpu cooler so you will need to buy one. If you're not planning on overclocking then you could get the i7 7700 non K and a cheaper motherboard.

PSU wise I would go for a decent 500-550w unit from seasonic for example.

Also make sure you have 16gb of ddr4 since more and more games are starting to use more than 8gb.

sorry for the late reply i went out and thanks but do you have a recommendation for air coolers or is water cooling better?
and do you have any recommendation for
psu, mobo, storage (ssd or hard disk and which ones),ram (i know 16gb but which is better brand)and case which like has sound proofing or for heat control

??
Put that all in there lol.
I think given your price range a custom CPU/GPU loop is a nice addition.

1TB SSD is included, if you want more space which you'll probably need later, you can grab a 2TB Seagate Barracuda for around $65 and just chuck it in.
PSU is the Seasonic SS860XP2 which is very high quality and quiet, SSD is silent, RAM is a fantastic high frequency 32GB kit.
The case is the Be Quiet! Dark Base 900 Pro which is the pinnacle of all cases.
Fully noise insulated, tempered glass side panel, and includes their Silent Wings 3 fans, the quietest fans on the market.

hey sorry for the late reply im still in the process of building the pc and ive followed the list you have given me but can you recommend me a air cooler or a liquid cooler kit because i have been racking my brain on trying to figure out the list you gave or you could just like guide me through the list and installation

Well, I mean the whole point of the water loop was to alleviate the existing problems you had with the cooler on the GPU since FE cards cool like crap.
Also looks fantastic.
If you're not feeling confident with it, go to your local specialist PC store and pay them a bit to assemble the cooling.
