Well, "MAXIMUM" +12v Wattage for the GPU by Nvidia says 120W and your PSU's limit says 360W so yep, easily OC your GPU, use the gaming mode or boost clocks, it'll be fine. Unless you do a BIOS MOD OC or OC everything to extreme. Don't keep it heavily loaded for too long (like 4-6 hours). Let the PSU cool down every few hours with a complete shutdown or hibernation (or even sleep).

If the +12v Rail wattage is overloaded a lot, or almost reached and is overloaded for a long time, say 6 hours, then it can burn internal PSU components, which can easily damage your hardware. I've experienced it all in reality with my open-case build so you can count on it.

UPDATE: As your PSU's build quality is just good, not that great, seriously...

I'm not concerned about the connectors. Is 450w enough?. And what about the 12v rail (I don't know much about it). Thanks for the quick reply

What is your budget and national? 450W is good to go for i5 4440 + GTX 1060.
Nvidia's official website says you need 400W for 1060 for standard setup (no fancy work).
and I will not recommend you to go with this Cooler master PSU because of its quality. if you can provide your budget then we can help you to find better Quality PSU.

Nvidia's GTX 1060 takes maximum 120W power (listed on nvidia website), your power supply's +12v Rail Maximum Wattage is 360W (also on the website). It should easily work but I'd recommend not playing on maximum load for more than a few hours continuously.

Ignoring the +12v Rail, a big mistake I made:
Had Corsair GS700, with ASUS Strix 970. BIOS Modded the GPU to OC it, increased overall wattage limit too high. Overloaded +12v Rail, in 6 months, the PSU got burnt twice, killed my motherboard. Luckily, it was just the motherboard which was killed. you DO NOT want that to happen.

UPDATE: Just saw you're from India. I'm from India too and I'd say get a good PSU which can handle all those fluctuating voltages and power cuts.

So it will work as long as I don't oc. Phew. Anyways which psu do you recommend. I might not buy it anytime soon but still.
So you are saying that if I oc my mother board will get burnt. What if I run my gpu in oc mode.
Dosen't overheating cause burning? I didn't know low power supply can lead to burning .
Even playing without oc for more than few hours can lead to damage?

Thanks for the answer
